This building is very special and is supposed to be one of the oldest bank buildings in the history of Indian Banking & Kolkata.
It has its beginnings in June 1806 with setting up of “ Bank of Calcutta”. Presently SBI, LHO, Kolkata, situated on the Kolkata side of river Hoogly.
Since the building has a strong heritage & history, there were restrictions on graphic applications.
We were asked to create an identity for the building with SBI logo,for making it visible both during the day and specially at night from opposite side in Howrah & from two entry points and landmarks of Kolkata - The famous old Howrah Bridge & the new 2nd Hoogly Bridge which are situated on either side of the building without using neon’s.
